Requirements: • Proven previous experience in the field of bakeries or restaurants. • Full proficiency in preparing various types of dough and pastries (savory pies, croissants, manakish, etc.). • High skill in making pizza of all types (Italian, American, thin and thick slices). • Ability to innovate and present new recipes. • Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and speed in work.

Coffee (Barista) attendant required with experience in preparing hot and cold beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a lively and active work environment. The candidate should possess a friendly personality and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality. Main tasks: • Prepare and serve various types of coffee (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, etc.) • Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment • Handle customer orders efficiently and professionally • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed • Operate and maintain coffee machines properly • Work as a team with other staff members

Supervising the workflow inside the restaurant hall and ensuring high-quality service for customers by directing and coordinating the service team and achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of the service team inside the hall (waiters, cashiers, hosts).
• Ensuring the hall is ready in terms of cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary tools before receiving customers.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met and responding to their inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and speed in delivering orders.
• Training and guiding new employees and supervising their performance.
• Monitoring the implementation of the restaurant's operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing daily reports on operational observations inside the hall and submitting them to management.
• Assisting in organizing events or activities inside the restaurant if necessary.
Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers.
• The ability to lead the team and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with the English language is preferred.
• Good appearance and commitment to professional appearance.
