Supervising the workflow inside the restaurant hall and ensuring high-quality service for customers by directing and coordinating the service team and achieving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Daily supervision of the service team inside the hall (waiters, cashiers, hosts).
• Ensuring the hall is ready in terms of cleanliness, organization, and availability of necessary tools before receiving customers.
• Welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met and responding to their inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and speed in delivering orders.
• Training and guiding new employees and supervising their performance.
• Monitoring the implementation of the restaurant's operational policies and procedures.
• Preparing daily reports on operational observations inside the hall and submitting them to management.
• Assisting in organizing events or activities inside the restaurant if necessary.
Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers.
• The ability to lead the team and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Familiarity with the English language is preferred.
• Good appearance and commitment to professional appearance.
