Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the safe keeping of all stock within the warehouse.
  • Control and monitor inventory movements; ensure availability when required.
  • Handle all incoming deliveries and shipments.
  • Conduct verification of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintain current and accurate warehouse inventory.
  • Prepare items for dispatch based on delivery documentation.
  • Inspect the physical condition of storage areas and equipment.
  • Assist in physical inventories in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance departments.

  • Basic communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills; knowledge of CMMS is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities related to medium voltage equipment and materials.
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain the quality and integrity of MV items such as cables, transformers, switchgears, breakers, etc.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders and forward to the QA department for approval.
  • Organize materials in designated storage locations with clear labeling and accessibility.
  • Issue materials based on authorized Material Requisitions or Delivery Notes, ensuring accurate quantities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system records on a regular basis.
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and support internal or external audits.
