A warehouse manager with experience is required to efficiently manage warehouse operations. He will be responsible for organizing inventory, monitoring quality, managing the workforce, and ensuring the safety of goods. Tasks include:

  • Organization: Building and managing the "SKUs tree", and addressing barcode issues

  • Spatial planning: Organizing storage spaces and determining item locations

  • Control: Reviewing daily variance reports and addressing their causes

  • Linking: Coordinating between purchases and sales/branches to ensure goods are not piled up.

  • Team management: Distributing tasks and monitoring employee performance.

  • Inventory: Scheduling and managing the "periodic inventory" (Cycle Counting) and annual inventory.

  • Reports: Issuing periodic reports to monitor inventory 



Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Beginner in English

  • Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs, labor planning, and operational budgets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
