Contract Manager

A human resources employee is required to work in a law office with about fifty employees. The applicant must have adequate experience in the field of human resources. Responsibilities include: managing the recruitment and hiring processes entirely, including matters related to visas, residency, and their regulations, following up on employee affairs, preparing contracts and updating them, organizing training and development programs, and managing the payroll and insurance system. Proficiency in office computer programs is required, as well as the ability to review relevant government entities, communication skills, and knowledge of labor systems and regulations.

Managing the daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Leading and training the team to achieve sales goals and customer service. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with related departments to secure products. Monitoring service quality and compliance with internal standards and policies. Preparing performance and sales reports and submitting them to senior management. Contributing to the innovation of ideas to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: Experience of at least 2 years in store management or a similar field (preferably in the fashion sector). High leadership and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems. Proficiency in communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with the use of point-of-sale systems and reporting. Fluency in English.
