Tasks and Responsibilities of a Legal Specialist

 

Legal specialists have a variety of tasks and job responsibilities, which can be summarized in the following points:

 

  • Drafting pleadings, preparing various litigation documents, and organizing all filing procedures.
  • Appearing before courts, judicial committees, and various authorities.
  • Carrying out all administrative procedures and dealing with government entities, public bodies, and various public prosecutors.
  • Reviewing contracts and various legal procedures.
  • Providing legal support as needed.
  • Initial review of all legal aspects related to project proposals and providing necessary legal opinions and recommendations.
  • Responding to all inquiries and providing the advice needed by employees or lawyers.
  • Collecting and updating data databases specific to the workplace.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws while performing various work tasks.
  • Attending meetings and providing the legal advice needed by managers and staff teams.
  • Supporting the workplace in resolving disputes or legal claims.
  • Supporting negotiations regarding the company's agreements and other institutions.
  • Reviewing complaints filed against the entity he works for and presenting defenses, evidence, and related reports.
  • Gathering evidence and information regarding cases and determining the legal course to be followed to resolve the problem.
  • Conducting various legal research and continuously reviewing the latest regulations and new laws.
  • Dealing with legal department staff and providing the legal advice and support they need.
  • Maintaining investigation records.
  • Advising the human resources department on labor law and cases related to employees and others.
  • Handling all cases and job tasks confidentially without disclosing them to external parties.



Requirements

  • Open for all nationalities
  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English

4-    Approving and submitting periodic administrative and financial reports and performance reports about the clinics' services and activities to the general manager.

5-    Supervising the implementation of various quality programs in the clinics to ensure providing a high level of services and the best possible medical care at the lowest costs.

6-    Attending meetings and seminars relevant to the clinics or assigning someone to represent him.

7-   Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him within his jurisdiction.


Work 8 hours a day and 6 days a week, with Friday off.
