As a Hostess, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival at the hotel’s restaurants, managing the inventory of the outlet, and assisting the service staff whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist in managing the flow of dining guests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the inventory of the outlet to ensure it is well-stocked and organized.
  • Collaborate with service staff to enhance the dining experience for guests.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and interpersonal abilities.
