Join the Hilton Team as Operations Manager!
As a vital part of our hotel management team, the Operations Manager is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel, ensuring that all Heads of Department achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the General Manager to manage key property issues, including customer service and refurbishment projects.
  • Assist in developing meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals.
  • Provide effective leadership to the management team, ensuring targets are met.
  • Respond to audits for continual improvement.
  • Direct and coordinate service delivery to exceed guest expectations.
  • Control costs and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop Heads of Department for career progression and succession planning.
  • Gather and respond to Guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular briefings with the HOD team.

Qualifications:
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management.
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the team and meet targets.
  • Resilience and accountability under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
