In this pivotal role, you will oversee the facilities and operations for a portfolio of Airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Your expertise will enhance operational efficiency, build strong supplier and customer relationships, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and contribute to the overall division and KSA business unit strategy.
  • Lead the Operations team, ensuring objectives are met and performance is optimized.
  • Manage budget oversight and monitor financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure effective planning, resource allocation, and maintenance management.
  • Develop Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor supplier performance.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Implement policies for contract management to meet service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEEQ standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 12-15 years of operations management experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Maintenance and Facilities Management is essential.
