Join Parsons Corporation as an HSE Manager!
In a world of possibilities, pursue one with endless opportunities at Parsons. We are looking for a talented HSE Manager to join our team for the Neom The Line project. This role involves providing essential support to the construction supervision team on all safety, health, and environmental matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE plans, programs, and reports.
  • Review contractors' safety submittals and conduct regular audits.
  • Organize and lead safety and quality meetings.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and prepare HSE metrics reports.
  • Provide technical support and training for safety performance.
  • Assist with Workers’ Compensation management and medical care coordination.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH.
  • Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and safety management systems.
