Job Description

Purpose of the Job

● Full supervision of the operation of the daycare center and ensuring the provision of high-quality rehabilitation, care, and educational services

to beneficiaries, while managing operational, administrative, and financial operations and the center's staff to achieve the facility's objectives and compliance

with approved systems and regulations.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

● General supervision of the branch operation and follow-up of daily workflow to ensure the quality of services provided and achieve the center's objectives

● Follow up on the implementation of rehabilitation, educational, and therapeutic plans and supervise programs and activities in line with the beneficiaries' needs.

● Manage administrative, educational, and therapeutic staff by distributing tasks, monitoring performance, discipline, evaluation, and developing competencies

● Supervise the application of policies and procedures and adherence to approved regulations and instructions from relevant authorities.

● Follow up on the satisfaction of beneficiaries and their guardians, address observations and complaints, and work to improve service quality and beneficiary experience.

● Prepare and implement operational plans and submit periodic reports to senior management, including performance, needs, and challenges.

● Supervise the administrative, operational, and financial aspects of the branch and follow up on operational needs to ensure efficient business continuity.

● Monitor safety and security, maintain the center's facilities and assets, and ensure the readiness of a suitable environment for beneficiaries.

● Lead digital transformation within the branch by using electronic systems ( دفاتر - ریھادوكس ) in managing operations, files, and reports and accurately updating data.

● Enhance the work environment, coordinate between departments, and represent the branch before relevant authorities and in official meetings when needed.

● Propose initiatives and opportunities for improvement and development that contribute to raising operational efficiency and the quality of services provided.

● Achieve the center's targets in increasing revenue and developing income sources, by monitoring operational and marketing performance,

and attracting beneficiaries, and enhancing the utilization of therapeutic and clinical services provided

● Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management within the scope of work.

Competencies and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Academic Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational field. Practical Experience:

Knowledge of the regulations and bylaws of daycare and rehabilitation centers.

● Communication Skills

Excellent skills in leadership, guidance, and effective communication.

Performance Measurement Indicators (Technical)

Staff stability. Operational and regulatory compliance rate of the center. Satisfaction rate of guardians and beneficiaries.

Quality level of services and control reports. Achievement of revenue targets and capacity.

Compliance rate with rehabilitation plans and programs
