WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring
• Identify and attract top talent, especially in game development
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Work closely with founders to understand hiring needs and team structure
• Improve hiring processes and candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
• Help shape team culture through hiring decisions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to assess candidates beyond CVs and identify real potential
• Experience sourcing talent through different platforms and channels
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

• Experience hiring in gaming, tech, or startups
• Understanding of game development roles (programming, art, design)
• Experience building talent pipelines from scratch
• Familiarity with ATS tools or HR systems
• Interest in games and creative teams
