Al-Musaned Company – A specialized institution in organizing events, personal escort, crowd management, and reception and guidance services.

🎯 Job Objective:

Representing the company before various entities, building a network of relationships and strategic partnerships that support the company's business expansion, in addition to seeking contractual opportunities and executing communication and negotiation tasks with clients and government and private entities.

🛠️ Tasks and Responsibilities:

Searching for contractual opportunities with government and private companies and entities.

Negotiating with clients to close commercial and service agreements.

Representing the company in meetings, official events, and functions.

Building long-term relationships with potential partners.

Preparing periodic reports on meeting results and business opportunities.

Coordinating with internal teams to meet the requirements of new clients.

Developing a positive image of the company in the community and with clients.

Communicating with media and social platforms when needed.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to negotiate and persuade.

Experience in searching for cooperation and contractual opportunities.

A tactful and confident personality that represents the company professionally.

The DC/AC UPS Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and associated electrical equipment. This includes both AC and DC systems used in industrial, commercial, and critical infrastructure environments (*, data centers, telecom, hospitals).

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning

Install, test, and commission DC and AC UPS systems according to manufacturer specs and client requirements.
Ensure proper electrical connections, grounding, and battery bank configurations.

Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on UPS systems, batteries, rectifiers, and inverters.
Monitor battery health (voltage, capacity, impedance) and replace as needed.
Maintain maintenance logs and checklists.

Troubleshooting & Repairs

Diagnose faults in UPS units, bypass switches, chargers, and battery strings.
Repair or replace failed components like IGBT modules, control boards, or fans.
Use diagnostic tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes.

Technical Support & Documentation

Provide support during electrical outages and ensure uptime of critical systems.
Generate service reports and maintain documentation for all site visits and repairs.
