Job Title:
Freelance Accountant (Remote) to organize the accounts and taxes for a creative project in the field of organizing workshops and events.

About the Project:
A project specialized in providing workshops and interactive experiences in Saudi Arabia, started in 2021 and witnessing rapid growth. Currently, work is individual, and the need is to organize accounts and clarify a clear financial picture before expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
•Organizing monthly expenses and revenues.
•Preparing a simplified monthly report showing profit and loss.
•Registering the project for value-added tax (if not done yet).
•Issuing legal tax invoices upon request.
•Submitting quarterly VAT returns.
•Proposing a monthly salary for the project owner based on financial performance.
•Assisting in calculating employment costs when needed.
•Committing to complete confidentiality in handling financial information.

Required Qualifications:
•Experience in accounting for small or sole proprietorship projects.
•Familiarity with the value-added tax system in Saudi Arabia.
•The ability to provide clear and easily understandable reports.
•Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
•Preference for knowledge of cloud accounting software (such as Qayd or Zoho).

Additional Notes:
•The work is relatively light and requires more organization than complexity.
•Communication is done weekly or as needed via WhatsApp or email.
•The budget is open from 1000 to 2000 Riyals monthly depending on the quality of work.

The idea is simple:
I work with an international consulting entity that provides business development, process improvement, and operational cost reduction services in a studied and proven manner, and we need to expand our presence in the Saudi market.

The role required from you:
•Connect us with the right people within companies (Managers – Purchasing – Operations – Owners…)
•Help in opening the first communication channel, either by recommendation or direct transfer
•You don’t need to sell or explain the service yourself, just connect us

This does not require full-time commitment, even if you have a main job, you can work with us part-time.

✅ Payment method:
There is no salary, but there is an excellent commission paid after signing any deal.
For every client you sign with through you, you will receive an agreed percentage of the deal value (which can reach 50******* or more depending on the size of the project).
