Responsibilities:- Teach trainees using appropriate methods to address individual needs and capabilities.
- Prepare daily lesson plans, training aids, quizzes, and supplementary materials.
- Maintain class management to create a conducive learning environment.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and submit regular reports to the Head of Academics.
- Support the Head of Academics in curriculum implementation and evaluation.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance effectiveness in the role.
- Diagnose learning problems and provide remedial work as necessary.
- Conduct new teacher orientations and promote high academic standards.
Qualifications:- For Non-Native: Bachelor's degree in English, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, or Education; Master's degree preferred; Minimum 4 years teaching experience; IELTS: 7 or TOEFL iBT: 94 or STEP: 92 or above.
- For Native: Bachelor's degree in humanities or social sciences; Master's degree preferred; Teaching Certificate/Diploma as TEFL, TESL, TESOL, CELTA, or DELTA required.
