Join our team as a Human Resources Manager!
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all HR functions within the hospitality organization. Your role will ensure the attraction, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce, supporting operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with service standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, engineering, and administration.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to meet service quality and brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records with finance and operations teams.
  • Implement training and development programs focused on service excellence and leadership development.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and staff scheduling in coordination with department heads.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and change management.
  • Conduct HR audits and prepare HR reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience managing a diverse, multicultural workforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

حول الدور:
كمدير للموارد البشرية، ستشرف على دورة حياة الموظف كاملة في المملكة العربية السعودية وتعمل كنقطة تنسيق رئيسية مع الموارد البشرية للمجموعة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ سياسات واستراتيجية الموارد البشرية للمجموعة محليًا، وتكييفها عند الحاجة لتلبية المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية السعودية، مع الحفاظ على الاتساق عبر المنظمة.

تشمل المسؤوليات:
  • قيادة عمليات الموارد البشرية من البداية إلى النهاية في المملكة العربية السعودية مع إدارة وتوجيه وتطوير فريق الموارد البشرية في الموقع، وضمان وضوح الأدوار والمساءلة والأداء.
  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل لقانون العمل السعودي وجميع المنصات الحكومية ذات الصلة (QIWA، GOSI، مقيم، مداد، أبشر، إلخ).
  • تنفيذ وتطبيق سياسات وإجراءات واستراتيجية الموارد البشرية للمجموعة، وتكييفها عند الحاجة لتلبية المتطلبات القانونية المحلية.
  • العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للموارد البشرية مع مجموعة / موارد بشرية إقليمية، وضمان الاتساق والحكم والتقارير في الوقت المناسب.
  • إدارة علاقات الموظفين والشكاوى والإجراءات التأديبية والتحقيقات وفقًا لمعايير المجموعة والقانون المحلي.
  • الإشراف على أنشطة التوظيف بالتنسيق مع الموارد البشرية للمجموعة ومديري التوظيف.
  • قيادة دورات إدارة الأداء وفقًا لإطارات المجموعة.
  • تنسيق مبادرات التدريب والتطوير بما يتماشى مع أولويات المجموعة.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير الموارد البشرية ومؤشرات الأداء وتحديثات الامتثال للإدارة والموارد البشرية للمجموعة.
  • دعم التدقيقات والمراجعات والفحوصات والامتثال.

المهارات والخبرات المطلوبة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الموارد البشرية، ويفضل أن تكون في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • خبرة مثبتة في قيادة فريق الموارد البشرية.
  • معرفة قوية بقانون العمل السعودي والامتثال للموارد البشرية.
  • خبرة في العمل عن كثب مع الموارد البشرية للمجموعة / الإقليمية في شركة دولية.
  • خبرة عملية مع بوابات الحكومة السعودية.
  • مهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية والسرية والنزاهة.
  • مقيم في المملكة العربية السعودية (يفضل الرياض).
