Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).
- Liaise with other Project Controls disciplines to assist in developing project budgets.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance for timely cost capture.
- Facilitate project work approvals and develop cost budgets.
- Monitor project commitments and expenditures throughout the lifecycle.
- Prepare project cost performance reports and forecasts.
- Manage cost impacts of project changes and approvals.
- Participate in risk analysis sessions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant cost experience.
- Proficiency in cost control software and cost management principles.
- Understanding of project management and change management processes.
