Key Responsibilities:- Answer all incoming calls from guests and connect them to the appropriate extensions efficiently.
- Take accurate messages for guests and deliver them promptly.
- Manage guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) statuses and personal wakeup calls.
- Assist guests by providing information or handling requests and complaints, referring issues to relevant personnel when necessary.
- Serve as the communication center during emergencies.
- Maintain a record of domestic and international calls.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of TV channels and public area music.
- Keep informed about hotel products, emergency procedures, and staff directory updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
