About the RoleThe VIP Butler is responsible for providing discreet, personalized, and high-standard hospitality service to VIP clients and their guests. This role requires exceptional etiquette, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- VIP Guest Service: Welcome and attend to VIP clients and their guests with professional etiquette; anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service at all times; handle special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve meals, beverages, tea, and refreshments according to luxury service standards; set up dining tables, private events, and formal service arrangements; coordinate with kitchen staff for meal service.
- Household & Personal Assistance: Assist with packing, unpacking, wardrobe arrangement, and personal items; coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe maintenance; ensure VIP rooms and living areas are properly prepared.
- Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, and security staff; coordinate guest schedules, events, and appointments when required; ensure smooth daily operations within the residence.
- Property & Service Standards: Inspect rooms and facilities before VIP arrival; maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization; monitor household supplies and service inventory.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding VIP client information; follow household protocols, security procedures, and service etiquette.
