Join a leading offshore drilling contractor in Saudi Arabia as an Operations Manager!
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to oversee and manage all aspects of offshore jack up rig operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input into overall business direction and translate strategy into operational goals and measurable objectives.
  • Lead and manage day-to-day rig operations with a strong emphasis on safety, crew welfare, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee offshore rig activities to ensure contractual and safety obligations are fulfilled.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, reporting performance against targets quarterly and annually.
  • Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular rig visits and chair weekly management meetings to support operational execution.
  • Manage rig hire contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize value.
  • Support business development initiatives, including rig marketing, tendering, and client engagement.
  • Provide leadership and support to Rig Managers and direct reports, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development.
  • Plan rig scheduling and manage transitions for contract conclusions.
  • Lead and support change initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all offshore personnel in collaboration with the HSE Manager.
  • Liaise with the corporate office on commercial matters, including tenders and proposals.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional technical or management qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in rig operations, with proven experience in an Operations Manager role.

Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of rig safety protocols and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective conflict management and team-building abilities.

إدارة العمليات التجارية
- تقديم القيادة الاستراتيجية وإدارة عمليات الموانئ.
- ضمان الجودة والكفاءة والامتثال المستمر عبر جميع المواقع.
- زيارة كل فرع بانتظام لدعم الفرق المحلية ومعالجة التحديات في الموقع.
- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط العمل لتحسين الأداء التشغيلي.
- إدارة وتوجيه الفرق المحلية لتعزيز المواهب والمساءلة.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية للقضايا التشغيلية، لضمان الحل السريع.
- الحفاظ على الإشراف على مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والربحية والسيطرة على التكاليف.

تطوير الأعمال والاستراتيجية
- دعم الجهود التجارية واحتفاظ العملاء، خاصة في قطاعات النقل والخدمات.

المتطلبات الدنيا
- خبرة مثبتة (5-8 سنوات) في العمليات البحرية في وكالة الموانئ.
- خبرة سابقة في القيادة لإدارة فرق متعددة.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية؛ اللغات الأخرى تعتبر ميزة.
- مقيم أو مستعد للانتقال إلى منطقة الدمام.
- الاستعداد للسفر بشكل متكرر.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة.
- توجه تجاري مع تركيز على المبيعات واحتفاظ العملاء.
- إتقان عالي في أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات القياسية (أوفيس 365، أنظمة ERP).
