Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the workflow at the maintenance center, ensuring all staff are performing their duties effectively.
- Address customer issues and inquiries, ensuring high-quality service is provided.
- Issue directives to technicians for efficient repair operations to enhance workshop productivity and quality.
- Assist in diagnosing automotive system faults and train technicians on repair tasks.
- Evaluate technician skill levels and maintain precise matrices reflecting each technician's performance based on company standards.
- Familiarize yourself with the manufacturer’s warranty policy and ensure compliance with workshop policies.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of a diploma.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English.
- One year of experience in a relevant field.
- Good computer skills.
