Key Responsibilities:- Increase the number of daily transactions and retail outlet visits by Retail routes.
- Enhance numeric and weighted TT presence in the Retail market.
- Strategically compete by ensuring comprehensive market coverage and flawless service.
- Control and improve route performance in the market to meet targeted goals.
- Ensure compliance in task execution as per Nestlé's adopted standards.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Valid driving license.
- Familiarity with key areas in the Eastern Region.
- Proficient in English.
