Job Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support, including drafting and formatting documents, presentations, and reports.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
- Assist with office supply management.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Secretary or in an administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
