As the Food & Beverage Manager, reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a vital role in ensuring the excellence of our F&B operations while fostering an environment of outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards.
- Manage coordination between kitchen, service, and support departments.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize profitability and enhance guest experience.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, conducting training and development programs.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and control costs effectively.
- Champion sustainable and innovative practices that align with our environmental goals.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in F&B management in luxury settings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Experience in budget management and operational excellence.
