As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment and employee onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Facilitate training and development programs for employees
- Support personnel management and implementation of HR policies
Qualifications:- Proficiency in Human Resources operations
- Strong understanding of HR Management practices
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
