About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. You will report to the Director of Operations and be responsible for ensuring a secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets. Your tasks will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the security department.
- Leading, training, and managing the security team.
- Developing and implementing security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conducting security audits and inspections.
- Responding to emergency situations.
- Managing the surveillance systems.
- Preparing reports on security-related incidents.
- Managing department budget.
What You BringWe require a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field along with proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry. Key skills include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security protocols.
- Ability to make quick decisions in crisis situations.
- Familiarity with security systems and incident reporting software.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
