Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the butler team, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the butler department.
- Train and mentor butler staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet all guest requests and preferences.
- Personally attend to VIP guests and manage special requests.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain service standards.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with 3-5 years in a senior butler or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing a butler team in a high-end hotel or resort.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Professional butler certification from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practices.
