Key Responsibilities:- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients through phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, ensuring all pertinent information is captured.
- Remain updated with all promotions and follow established procedures for processing reservations and rate management.
- Maintain an effective filing system for all correspondence and prepare reports as required.
- Promote good public relations and strive to maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure an accurate room status is maintained at all times.
- Answer incoming calls as per Rotana standards and manage email inquiries effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:You should possess a diploma or degree within the hospitality field and have previous experience in hotel reservations. Computer literacy and excellent communication skills are a must, with written and oral proficiency in English being essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
