We are a leading company in the restaurant sector looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage and implement our HR operations. Located in Jeddah, this position offers an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in our HR department.

We are a leading company in the restaurant sector looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to manage and implement our HR operations. Located in Jeddah, this position offers an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in our HR department.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Work with government platforms such as Qiwa, Social Insurance, and others.
- Manage contracts, renewals, and service transfers via governmental platforms.
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee files.
- Implement recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes.
- Prepare and follow up on HR reports.
- Monitor performance evaluations and HR procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments to support HR needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of practical HR experience.
- Experience with HR government platforms.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- English language proficiency: Intermediate to Excellent.
Preferred: Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
