مسؤولياتك:
  • تنفيذ جميع خطط العمل الخاصة بالمبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف وتجاوزها.
  • ضمان تغطية شاملة للحسابات لخدمة العملاء بشكل فعال.
  • تحديد الأسعار والتفاوض مع العملاء للأعمال المؤقتة والجماعية.
  • ترويج فرص المبيعات لفنادق روتانا ضمن مناطق محددة.
  • تقديم الملاحظات حول ظروف التسويق والمنافسة.
  • الحفاظ على ملفات الحسابات الرئيسية والمساعدة في إدارة الحسابات.
  • تعظيم فرص البيع الإضافي خلال المفاوضات.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة في المبيعات مع الحد الأدنى من سنتين من الخبرة بعد التخرج، ويفضل أن تكون ضمن صناعة الفنادق.
  • إلمام بالحاسوب مع مهارات عرض ممتازة.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ واللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.

  • 58 years of sales experience, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in the FMCG industry is required.
  • Proven success in achieving or surpassing regional sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Western Region of Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
