We invite you to join Makkah Clock Royal Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, as our new Reservations Agent. This unique hotel, located steps away from the Masjid Al Haraam, sets the standard for luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online with professionalism.
- Convert enquiries into bookings with personalized recommendations.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, capturing preferences and requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams for operational efficiency.
- Manage room allocations and special requests attentively.
- Support VIP bookings with bespoke arrangements.
- Process payments and handle billing information.
- Respond to guest inquiries about rates and availability.
- Promote upselling opportunities like room upgrades.
- Ensure accuracy of reservations in the PMS and booking systems.
- Assist with group reservations as needed.
- Resolve booking issues with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience in Reservations or Guest Services.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
