Role Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your designated area. Your role will involve generating and maintaining relationships with clients through various sales activities, including face-to-face sales calls and telephone communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts.
- Provide comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with clients at all levels to ensure client satisfaction and achieve targets.
- Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to surpass targets.
- Solicit and serve transient and group business for meetings.
- Maximize upselling opportunities during negotiations.
- Stay informed about the hotel's unique selling points, features, and policies.
- Formulate corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and necessary correspondence.
- Provide feedback on marketing conditions and competition.
Qualifications:Applicants should preferably hold a degree in sales and marketing, with a minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in a similar role. Strong computer skills and fluency in English are essential.
