Join JABA as an Operations Manager!We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily operations for a growing events and activities company in Yanbu. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of events, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence across all activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operational activities and event execution.
- Lead and manage the operations team including supervisors, coordinators, and guides.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for events and activities.
- Monitor operational performance and report key KPIs to senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and local stakeholders.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management (events, tourism, or hospitality preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license.
