Accounts Payable Accountant will be vital in ensuring the proper management of our accounts payable process.
About the Role:In this position, you will coordinate and conduct efficient management of the accounts payable process to ensure timely payments of invoices and reconciliations of various accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to accounts payable.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable activities.
- Review accounting entries to ensure accuracy for invoice matching.
- Prepare related accounts payables documentation according to established procedures.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.
- Experience with VAT regulations and E-Invoicing in KSA.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office.
