Role Description:We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging, on-brand visuals in a fast-paced, growing startup environment. As part of our dynamic design team, you’ll work on a variety of campaigns and content that directly support xx agency's growth. This is a full-time on-site position for a Graphic Designer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual assets such as graphics, logos, branding materials, and typography. The role will include collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals. Detail orientation and an innovative approach to design challenges are key components of this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Design assets across channels: social media, email, digital ads, landing pages, and packaging.
- Translate briefs into visual campaigns that are on-brand, high-converting, and beautifully crafted.
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop creative concepts.
- Contribute to evolving clients' visual language in partnership with the Design and Marketing team.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready design files (static and animated, if applicable).
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels and campaigns.
- Support product and content teams with UI visuals, presentations, or branded templates.
Qualifications:- 2–6 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, marketing materials, and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools and techniques.
- Strong skills in Logo Design and Branding.
- Expertise in Typography and its application to creative projects.
- Proficient in design software (*, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback constructively.
- Comfortable working within brand guidelines while thoughtfully pushing boundaries.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail and file naming/workflow hygiene.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a design agency or similar creative environment is a plus.
