Join REXA, Inc. as a Sales Engineer - KSA!We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to manage sales and service activities across our territory, ensuring that revenue goals are met. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to REXA’s objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and guide representatives within the assigned territory.
- Generate forecasts and meet annual bookings quotas for each sales rep.
- Assess market opportunities and strategize sales targets.
- Balance short-term and long-term sales efforts for market growth.
- Create timely reports and manage company-related expenses.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to customers.
- Provide training on products and applications for customers and new employees.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure equipment health checks.
- Work closely with key accounts to establish and maintain relationships.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Five years of outside sales experience in engineered process controls.
- Background in valve, actuator, flow controls, or similar industries is a plus.
- Experience managing sales territories and working with major accounts.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to self-manage and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Working Conditions:- 60% travel required.
- Must be able to lift a 50 lb. demo case.
