About the JobWe are a leading engineering consultancy firm seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the full operations of one of our company branches. This is a senior management role responsible for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and representing the company at a local level.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all branch operations including engineering, administration, and business development activities
- Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and branch performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and local regulations
- Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities
- Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Coordinate with head office departments to align branch operations with company strategy
- Drive business growth, market presence, and client satisfaction within the branch region
- Manage and mentor branch staff to maintain high professional standards
Mandatory Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in engineering consultancy or construction-related environments
- Previous experience in a leadership or branch management role is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of engineering project workflows and consultancy operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred
