We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in MV/LV systems, power products, and large project sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality industrial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Ensure AIC products/systems receive approvals from consultants, authorities, and ministries.
  • Engage with customers and consultants on technical requirements for projects.
  • Prepare and secure approvals for offers including MV/LV switchgear, RMU, and power factor correctors.
  • Evaluate tenders and specifications ensuring compliance.
  • Liaise with factories for product adaptations and address technical issues.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales service and maintain records.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the Power & Energy sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
  • Team player with analytical skills.

About the Role:
As a Senior Parts & Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing Parts & Service sales within your assigned territory through professional account management, technical expertise, and building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Achieve Parts & Service sales targets and grow aftermarket revenue.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard (CTS, SOS, TA, etc.) and provide customers with cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.
  • Efficiently manage the parts sales and service for the assigned territory by updating customer data, equipment population, market activity, and lost sales.
  • Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Actively promote Company Parts & Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.
  • Maintain a professional image and the highest level of integrity.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitude:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support/after sales role with CAT dealerships or a recognized heavy equipment dealership.
  • Basic Mechanical Engineering skills are required.
  • Proficiency in English language is essential.
