We are a leading Saudi engineering firm known for our commitment to quality and professionalism. This role is vital for overseeing all HR operations, and we are looking for someone dedicated to fostering a positive and motivating work environment aligned with our culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR operations, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbook.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
- Supervise payroll, benefits, and employee relations, utilizing HR systems such as Odoo or Jisr.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Manage performance evaluations, promotions, and compensation structures.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and workforce metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an engineering or consulting firm.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and GOSI requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven HR practices.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
