Join Our Team as an HR & Admin. Specialist!We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin. Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. In this pivotal role, you will support the daily operations of the HR & Administration department, ensuring a seamless employee experience while complying with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- HR & Admin. Operations: Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and contract management through Qiwa. Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing needs across KSA. Manage GOSI registration, iqama renewals, and sponsorship transfers.
- Legal Compliance & Investigations: Conduct formal investigations and issue disciplinary actions in accordance with Saudi labor law. Liaise with legal advisors and government portals, ensuring all actions are legally documented.
- Payroll & Attendance: Monitor attendance across KSA and validate payroll inputs. Manage leave records and coordinate salary disbursement.
- Reporting & Culture: Prepare monthly HR reports and conduct internal audits. Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.
Candidate Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR & Admin experience in KSA, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and HRMS platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information discreetly.
