Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize daily shipments of goods.
- Receive, review, and approve all credit notes while specifying reasons for returns.
- Review and manage customer invoices to ensure they are archived correctly.
- Foster team development through targeted career plans, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to order vehicles for deliveries and arrange necessary documentation.
- Release backorders and communicate shortages to the Customer Service Department Manager.
