Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Qaţīf. As a Financial Collector / Cashier, you will manage cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and ensure the correctness of invoices and receipts. Your responsibilities will also include reconciling balances, addressing customer payment inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of invoices and receipts.
• Process payments and reconcile account balances.
• Address customer inquiries related to payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure timely collections.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial record-keeping, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Strong mathematical, cash-handling, and reconciliation abilities.
• Experience in customer service and managing payment-related inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of accounting tools and financial software.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience is an advantage.
