Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement hospitality operation design and strategies.
- Ensure preparedness and management strategies are set for operational functions.
- Formulate strategic directions and mitigate risks according to operational plans.
- Present strategies, business plans, and project CAPEX for review.
- Draft hotel budgets and conduct analytical assessments.
- Design management structures for clustering and shared services.
- Collaborate with operators to design effective pre-opening plans.
- Guide recruitment and training programs to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage action plans to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
- Instigate corporate policies for operational targets and performance enhancement.
- Coordinate operations closely with RAM stakeholders to ensure resource adequacy.
- Lead initiatives to apply brand strategies during the first year.
Requirements:- Experience: 13 years in hospitality operations.
- Education: Any graduation.
