As a leading organization focused on the care of orphans, جمعية الوداد الخيرية offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the community. We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment and Training Specialist to help us fulfill our operational needs and enhance our workforce.

Responsibilities:

Execute recruitment and selection processes in accordance with the association's needs.
Prepare and announce job openings while coordinating with online platforms and recruitment offices.
Receive, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
Design and implement training plans and programs based on training needs analysis.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
Monitor training effectiveness and submit reports to management.
Update employee databases and training records.
Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talents.
Participate in implementing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Thorough knowledge of the Saudi labor system.

Join Our Team as a Recruitment Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Premium Food Company Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.).
Source and attract qualified candidates through online channels, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and attend interviews with hiring managers when needed.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Prepare job offers and assist with contract preparation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or recruitment specialist (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
