We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team at GUTHMI Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our workforce by implementing effective HR strategies and programs.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings for all employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to support reporting and analytics.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends to ensure the organization's practices are compliant and effective.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant HR certification, is preferred.

  • البحث عن مزودي التدريب والتنسيق للبرامج.

  • متابعة تقييم البرامج التدريبية وقياس نتائجها.

  • دعم تطبيق نظام تقييم الأداء السنوي أو الدوري.

  • متابعة خطط التطوير الوظيفي ونماذج التقييم.

  • مساعدة المديرين في فهم وتنفيذ سياسات الأداء.

  • التأكد من الالتزام بلوائح العمل والموارد البشرية.

  • إعداد التقارير المطلوبة للجهات الرسمية.

  • تحديث السياسات الداخلية وفق التغيرات النظامية.

Position Overview:
As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as contract administration, employee relations, policy management, medical insurance, QIWA Platform, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the HR Manager and the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations, maintain employee satisfaction, and align HR practices with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment Letters, Data and Documentation: Create, manage, and distribute official employment letters such as certificates of employment, salary verification, and other necessary employee documentation.
  • Contract Administration: Handle employment contracts, addendums, renewal letters, ensuring all agreements are legally compliant.
  • End-of-Service (EOS) Calculations: Ensure EOS calculations are accurate and compliant with school policies.
  • Policies & Procedures Compliance: Assist in developing and ensuring school policies are compliant with Saudi labor laws.
  • Government Systems: Manage government systems like QIWA and ensure compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Assist managers in resolving employee relations issues and ensure legal compliance.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Collaborate with the regulatory and visa team to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Legal Liaison: Coordinate with legal teams on HR matters to ensure compliance.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Handle school’s disciplinary procedures according to Saudi labor law.
  • Medical/Life Insurance: Manage the school’s medical and life insurance programs.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance in all HR processes.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Process Support: Help in facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support HR Operations: Assist in other HR functions as needed.
  • Payroll Coordination: Work closely with payroll clerk on employee changes and benefits.
  • System Implementation: Participate in implementing the HR system.
