We Are Hiring: HR Manager
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Overview
Fruit of Life Company is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring full HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee life cycle
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Lead performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal standards
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
• Support organizational development and manpower planning
• Advise leadership on HR strategy and structure

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in FMCG or related sectors
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
