About the Job
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant
Stay informed about local cuisine and customs to enhance the guest experience

Previous experience as a waiter in a restaurant setting
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication abilities in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
Detailed understanding of food and beverage service techniques
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
Ability to memorize menu items and daily specials
Attention to detail in maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
Knowledge of local cuisine and customs is advantageous
Adaptability to changing situations and ability to multitask efficiently
