Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor!We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of our pharmacies and clinics. In this role, you will manage a team of maintenance personnel and work to ensure the operational efficiency of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily maintenance tasks and provide custodial support.
- Establish maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Lead the corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures.
- Coordinate construction and refurbishment projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety standards are met.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new maintenance staff.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
Work Environment:Indoor (20%) and Outdoor (80%).
Job Requirements:- BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
