Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor!In this pivotal role, you will oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, and fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:- Supervise warehouse operations, including barcode scanning functions and last-mile deliveries.
- Track and coordinate receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
- Conduct daily inspections of warehouse inventory and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment such as delivery vans and forklifts.
- Communicate and resolve order discrepancies with other departments and customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HSE, IOSH, ISO).
Qualifications:- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Two years of hands-on experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and WMS software (Infor, JD Edward, Manhattan, Oracle, etc.).
