Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Partner to support ambitious business objectives through an effective HR strategy.
• Provide coaching and support to the leadership team on organizational and people management issues.
• Enhance employer branding and implement innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring effective onboarding processes.
• Drive employee engagement through communication and activities, addressing staff grievances proactively.
• Benchmark compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
• Oversee HR administration and compliance with Kempinski standards and local laws, including payroll services.
• Lead the HR team in managing recruitment, administration, and employee accommodations.
• Project manage the implementation of global HR initiatives and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree in business administration, HR management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficient in local language and English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor law, HR operations, and experience with HR information systems.

• Creating the hotel media and marketing plan under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Implementing and coordinating the media and marketing plan with various agencies.
• Determining overall marketing campaign ROI and improving response rates.
• Developing and maintaining the hotel marketing budget.
• Executing marketing activities including collateral creation, promotions, advertising, and market analysis.
• Planning and implementing direct marketing both online and offline.
• Maintaining guest databases for effective mailings.
• Collaborating with the Food & Beverage department to promote our outlets.
• Ensuring the compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess:

• 34 years of experience in a hotel marketing department or in a media agency.
• Excellent oral and written skills in local language and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong project management capabilities and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and creative software like Photoshop and InDesign.
